What can I use these pans for?

Is it dishwasher safe?

Although carbon steel and rack is dishwasher safe, It is still recommended that the pan and rack set be hand wash to ensure long lasting use without rough chemical cleaning detergents.

Is the Cooling Rack also carbon steel?

No, the cooling rack is the only piece not made of carbon steel. It is made using chrome plated wiring.

What is included with this set?
